Randy Belansky, CPA, CVA, MBA
Randy Belansky is the Founder and Sole Member of Randy Belansky LLC. Randy began his Company in 2003, and prior to its inception, Randy possessed a very unique background which included utilizing his financial expertise as a CPA at local, regional and national public accounting firms and also held accounting management roles in the corporate environment. Randy believes this diverse work experience of over 27 years has allowed him to bring an invaluable resource to his clients.
Randy received his BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University in 1988 and later went on to obtain his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996. Most recently, Randy passed the Certified Valuation Exam in July 2011 to attain the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). This designation allows Randy to be recognized as "Certified" to complete Business Valuation work for his clients.
Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and now the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Randy is a Board Member for Southwinds, Inc. and has held other similar Board positions in the past.
Kelli Fleck joined Randy Belansky LLC in July 2014. Kelli was initially hired to maintain all of the office administration function, however, Kelli quickly gained the confidence of Randy and, more importantly, the Firm’s clients as a great resource to field many of their questions and solve many of their problems. This allowed Kelli to rapidly progress and take on many more responsibilities. Today, Kelli offers a variety of support to all of our clients including assistance with tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping and write-up work, and financial statement preparation. Kelli also handles all client payroll processing and all related functions such as quarterly and year-end tax preparation and W-2’s. In addition, Kelli manages many of the client’s QuickBooks daily, monthly and year-end transactions and any accompanying issues. In order to continue to provide our clients with the ultimate service in this area, Kelli has recently become a Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Desktop. This has also allowed Kelli to begin a QuickBooks Training Program in house where we offer any QuickBooks users one on one training.
Along with her 18 years of accounting background, Kelli offers experience in the management and human resource aspects of business. Kelli also has knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) industry-specific software packages that integrate the financial, operational, and workforce management components of a business.
Kelli received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree at La Roche College in December of 2017 and has started preparing to test for her CPA license. The knowledge she brings to the Firm is a tremendous asset, which in turn, translates into an added bonus for the clients.
